Are we watched

As we lose our loved ones we wonder are we watched by them

We feel and sense them if we are lucky 

I have passed on numerous messages from the other side . 

This happens all over could be in a bar or a walk

Smoke and mirrors is used way to much and you have to be careful that you see a true of heart medium

I  agree crystals and candles can help.also sigils if used correctly

Warning though never ever work with spirits with out protection.
